Who can participate?
The process is open to the community and is based around the fact, that parts of a campaign are best done by different types of people. For example, the person who creates a fantastic story board (imaginative or based on real events) is completely different to a specialist mission scripter. Likewise, the skills of a graphic designer are completely different from a mission builder. This doesn't mean a single person can't do all of these, but it does open the door to some who otherwise would never participate in mission building.
Why creoBellum?
'Creo bellum' literally translated from Latin means 'to create warfare'.
CreoBellum give the opportunity to ARMA players that might never otherwise participate in mission and campaign creation, to do so. It works under the belief that skills and stories from a wide range of players will help to create interesting and enjoyable missions.
How does creoBellum work?
Ideally every campaign should start with a storyboard. This storyboard outlines what will happen over the (usually) 6 missions. The storyboard is not set in concrete, can be varied over mission development and is basically conceptual to ensure the missions tie together somehow.
Once the storyboard is looking solid, building missions can start, using a mission template that is built around proven scripts for reliability. The template is quality controlled to ensure the foundation of the mission scripts are tested.
